Description

This is an advanced mental health professional position. The Mental Health Professional provides direct treatment services to children, adolescents, and families following family systems theory, social ecological theory, behavioral therapies theory, cognitive-behavioral therapy theory, etc. Working in a team along with two Behavioral Health Workers, the Mental Health Professional is the senior team leader and provides training and support to the Behavioral Health Workers.

Tasks

  • Document important information timely and professionally as directed by Clinical Director.
  • Prepare Treatment and Discharge Plans; recommend treatment with clients and families.
  • Ensure weekly productivity levels meet agency standards.
  • Complete MA/Managed Care pre-certification and continued care requests accurately and timely.

Qualifications / Education

  • Master's degree in Licensed in Social work, Counseling, Psychology or Nursing
  • Management experience required and 2 years experience in a CASSP systems program.
  • Licensed registered nurse with five years of experience, including two in CASSP system program plus additional certifications.
