Description
Provide direct treatment services to children, adolescents, and families. This position uses the Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy model and other treatment modalities.
Tasks
- Evaluates and assesses needs and goals for the family.
- Creates treatment and safety plans, provides case management, and plans discharges.
- Monitors client records and daily documentation.
- Maintains communication and coordinates services with collateral agencies.
- Participates in assigned on-call rotation.
Qualifications / Education
- Bachelor's degree in a social service-related field plus 1 year experience in a CASSP system program, or psychiatric nursing, premed) required.
- 12 college level semester hours in humanities or social services plus 1 year of experience in a CASSP system program and be enrolled for certification by OMH as a mental health family-based worker.
- Licensed RN plus have 1 year of experience in a CASSP system program and be enrolled for certification by Office of Mental Health as a mental health family-based worker.
