Description

Facilitates group, individual and family therapy for children and adolescents. The IOP Clinician also collaborates with other service providers, school personnel and Intermediate Unit staff to ensure quality care. The IOP Clinician delivers behavior interventions to children and adolescents to promote academic success. Caseworkers at Crossroads Partial Hospital Program provide leadership, direction, and motivation to children and adolescents at Crossroads, and implement and monitor daily behavior and progress toward Individualized Treatment Plans. Caseworkers at Crossroads plan, develop, organize and facilitate group therapy daily and individual and family therapy as needed. Caseworkers are responsible for clinical documentation as required by regulatory agencies.

Tasks

  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, SAP team, and other service providers.
  • Provide behavioral consultation and education to school staff as requested.
  • Provide case management to identified clients.
  • Assess clinical needs of students and coordinate referrals with parental consent.

Qualifications / Education

  • Bachelor's degree in social services field.
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, nursing, rehabilitation or related discipline.
  • Master's degree in social services field.
