Description

Responsible to provide direct treatment services to children, adolescents, and families using the Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy model and other treatment modalities.

Tasks

  • Functions effectively as a team member using the Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy model.
  • Evaluates and assesses needs and goals for the family.
  • Creates treatment and safety plans, provides case management, and plans discharge for cases.
  • Monitors client records and day-to-day documentation.
  • Maintains communication and coordinates services with collateral agencies.

Qualifications / Education

  • Master's degree in a social service-related field.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with 5 years of experience including 2 years of experience in a CASSP system program plus have certification by the Department's Office of Mental Health as a mental health family-based worker.
  • Bachelor's level degree in psychology, sociology, social work, nursing, or related field.
  • Valid Driver's License.
