Description

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the program in both Elk and Potter Counties. This position provides intense treatment services to families with children who have a mental health diagnosis in Elk, Cameron, McKean and Potter Counties. Supervises staff, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, monitors financial performance, and ensures that services delivered meet agency and regulatory standards.

Tasks

  • Monitors financial performance of program including weekly productivity.
  • Actively seeks referrals to ensure a consistent census is maintained.
  • Collects program data to maintain organizational maps and dashboards; tracks program trends.
  • Monitors regulatory landscape to stay updated on legislative or regulatory changes impacting program.

Qualifications / Education

  • Graduate degree in a social service-related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years post graduate professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a CASSP system, and/or an appropriate equivalent level of education and training as determined and approved by the Office of Mental Health.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.
