Description

Responsible for the day to day operations for a specific caseload of the Drop-In Center and Decision Support Center. The Drop-In-Center program provides a safe and social environment for adults with Mental Health Diagnosis and individuals who are Intellectual developmentally disabled, in Elk and Cameron Counties. Is responsible for coordinating monthly Decision Support Center (DSC) leadership meetings, collect data, and monitors the day to day operation of the DSC and staff. Tracks monthly statistics and Personal Medicine/Power Statement Fidelity.

Tasks

  • Implement and follow all C.O.P.E. Drop-In Center and DSC regulations and requirements.
  • Monitor regulatory changes impacting the program and industry.
  • Collaborate professionally with mental health providers, county staff, and resource groups.
  • Manage staffing: hiring, onboarding, training, supervision, evaluations, and disciplinary actions per policy.

Qualifications / Education

  • Bachelor's degree and two years of mental health direct care experience.
  • High school diploma or general equivalent degree and four years of mental health direct care experience.
