Description

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the following programs: Parents as Teachers (PAT), Triple P-Group, and the Children's Center. These programs provide educational services to families with children. The Program Director supervises staff, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, monitors financial performance, and ensures that services delivered meet agency and regulatory standards.

Tasks

  • Monitor program financials; actively seek referrals to maintain consistent census.
  • Collect data to maintain maps, dashboards, and track program trends.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting program or industry.
  • Manage staffing: hiring, onboarding, training, supervision, evaluations, development, discipline, terminations.

Qualifications / Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related Human Service field.
  • 5 years of experience working with families.
