Description

Responsible for answering phones, greeting consumers and visitors, consumer scheduling, uploading for DBHW/DCAT programs, insurance verification, verifying PDMP, billing, and other clerical duties as assigned to support the program or organization

Tasks

  • Greets office visitors and personnel in a friendly and sincere manner.
  • Answers phones, handles inquiries, and routes calls to appropriate recipients.
  • Inventories, orders, and organizes all program supplies.
  • Provides secretarial support, including support tickets, petty cash oversight, and vehicle permits.
  • Prepares consumer charts and marketing materials.

Qualifications / Education

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Associate’s Degree in a business related field preferred.
