Registered Nurse (RN) - Outpatient

Responsible for delivering care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; and effectively interacting with patients, significant others, and other health care team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing.  

• Conduct assessments, take medical histories, and evaluate symptoms and vital signs.
• Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients on chronic condition management and post-care instructions.
• Explain medications, dosages, and lifestyle changes to support patient health.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Support continuity of care through ongoing communication with providers.
• Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up on patient progress.

• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License or temporary Practice Permit
• Healthcare Provider CPR within 6 months of start date in the position
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to pass Criminal Background Check
