Description

Responsible for promoting positive employee relations for all employees while assuring compliance of programs with all federal, state and local laws/regulations.  The HR Manager promotes effective and efficient Human Resources services through utilization of policies and procedures in a consistent manner throughout Penn Highlands.

Tasks

  • Manage recruitment, interviewing, and hiring to meet staffing needs.
  • Oversee onboarding and training for new employees across departments.
  • Support performance evaluations and staff development efforts.
  • Address employee relations and resolve workplace concerns.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR-related regulations.
  • Contribute to strategic planning for workforce and organizational growth.

Qualifications / Education

  • Certification in Nursing Informatics (ANCC) preferred
