Description

Responsible for managing the ongoing improvement of Agency supports and services.

Tasks

  • Support compliance and incident management; serve as Certified Investigator and mandated reporter.
  • Conduct internal audits and review documentation for regulatory and agency compliance.
  • Lead referral/intake reviews and represent agency in peer review when needed.
  • Coordinate and deliver initial, annual, and program-specific staff trainings.
  • Chair the Human Rights and Quality Management Teams; attend ODP QM meetings.
  • Maintain certifications in Medication and Mandt Train-the-Trainer programs.
  • Build relationships with staff, families, and providers to enhance person-centered supports.

Qualifications / Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a human service field and 5 or more years’ experience in human services.
  • Master’s degree and experience in a leadership role is preferred.
  • Possess a strong working knowledge of all regulations pertaining to Agency services, as well as excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
  • Personal qualifications include the ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, deal with changing priorities, to interpret programs to the community, attention to detail, leadership, clinical knowledge, supervisor/administrative abilities, the ability to work in a team environment with all levels of the organization and the understandings of individual needs.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
