Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Ensures that comprehensive quality care, assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Licensing or registration required.

• Lead and direct clinical operations of nursing units on assigned shift, ensuring compliance.
• Facilitate care delivery model implementation, mentor staff, and coordinate with other departments.
• Collaborate with Director of Nursing to maintain safe staffing, limiting overtime and agency use.

• Graduate of an approved course in Registered Nursing with current license to practice nursing in PA.
• CPR and First Aid Certification preferred but not required.
