Description
Monitor Resident Wellness through routine resident assessments, communicating findings with doctors, providing education to staff members and coordinating resident care with all staff members.

Qualifications / Education
- Graduate of an approved course in Licensed Practical Nursing with a current license to practice nursing in Pennsylvania. Previous experience as an LPN in an extended care facility preferred.
- Registered Apprenticeship program
- Must obtain Pre-Hire Physical
- Must obtain 2 step TB
- CPR and First Aid Certification preferred but not required.
