Description
Ensures the residents are receiving the correct dietary meals. Monitors weight of patients. Makes recommendations to the Dietitian.
Tasks
- Responsible for conducting nutritional assessments of residents.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared according to the established dietary guidelines.
- Provide education and counseling to residents about healthy eating practices.
- Adhere to prescribed diets.
- Document residents' dietary needs, preferences, and any changes in their nutritional status.
Qualifications / Education
- Obtain Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and dietetics
