Description

The HR Site Partner is a Human Resources professional who will create value for the company by partnering with managers to promote a cohesive working environment. This individual will serve as an HR representative to the Kane, Pennsylvania location, providing knowledge and support to employees of the business unit.

Tasks

  • Provide leadership to supervisors and Ops Manager on employee relations and HR guidance.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding for hourly and salaried staff.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Support employees with leave claims and manage affirmative action tracking and reporting.
  • Assist with safety program oversight, including training, claims, and committee involvement.
  • Conduct investigations of policy violations and support conflict resolution as needed.
  • Help develop HR programs aligned with site goals under the direction of VP Human Resources.

Qualifications / Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field. Equivalent experience accepted.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including recruitment, compensation practices, diversity outreach, performance management, and federal and state employment laws.
  • Previous management or leadership experience required.
