Description

Responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance of all Agency regulations.

Tasks

  • Oversee licensing, audits, and regulatory reviews with DHS and Administrative Entities.
  • Lead agency compliance, quality, and risk management programs and internal audits.
  • Manage incident reporting, follow-up, and analysis to ensure safety and accountability.
  • Supervise Quality Improvement Specialist; guide performance and growth.
  • Ensure staff training, orientation, and annual certifications meet regulatory standards.
  • Serve as Certified Investigator and mandated reporting point person; manage HCSIS.
  • Represent agency on Safety, Human Rights, and Quality Management teams.

Qualifications / Education

  • Bachelor’s degree and experience in a related field is required.
  • Master’s degree in a human service field and 5 or more years’ experience in human services is preferred.
  • Experience in a leadership role is preferred.
  • Possess a strong working knowledge of all regulations pertaining to all services provided by the Agency, as well as excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
  • Personal qualifications include the ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, deal with changing priorities, to interpret programs to the community, attention to detail, leadership, clinical knowledge, supervisor/administrative abilities, the ability to work in a team environment with all levels of the organization and the understandings of individual needs.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
