Registered Nurse (RN) II - Inpatient

Description

Coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary, nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.

Tasks

  • Perform in-depth patient evaluations and monitor health status.
  • Administer meds, monitor effects, and educate patients on usage.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop, implement, and adjust care plans.
  • Support patient rights, safety, and individualized care needs.
  • Guide and support new nurses and assist with skill development.
  • Act promptly in critical situations and follow emergency protocols.

Qualifications / Education

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
  • Registered Nurse (RN) (PA or NLC/Multistate)
  • Two years of RN experience a qualifying Wolff Center Contribution OR obtaining their Certification or Master's/DNP
