Description

Responsible for educating the community and staff regarding affiliate programs and branding of the Journey Health System and all affiliates.

Tasks

  • Support referral development efforts to increase client intake and agency visibility.
  • Assist with employee recruitment and retention initiatives to maintain a strong workforce.
  • Coordinate with programs on referral meetings to help develop brochures and promotional materials.
  • Assist with strategies to secure referrals from new sources or for launching new programs.
  • Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

Qualifications / Education

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in mass communication, journalism, English, or marketing from a four-year college or university required
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience preferred
  • Master's Degree preferred
  • Experience using MS Office Suite, MS Access, Adobe CS6 Suite or higher, HTML/code, video editing software such as Pinnacle, and business social media administration platforms
