Description

Responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive regional agency advancement, including annual fund, corporate and board relations, major gifts and gift planning, endowment, capital campaigns, and constituent relations efforts.

Tasks

  • Collaborate with leaders in Journey Health System to achieve goals, objectives, and the mission.
  • Support clinical programs’ strategic initiatives through clear verbal and written communications.
  • Work closely with CEO to build and manage strong relationships with board members and agency friends.
  • Maintain and update donor databases accurately and securely.
  • Develop and manage a regional fundraising program with the Board Development Committee and CEO.
  • Oversee major giving, planned giving, and annual giving with clear financial goals in each area.

Qualifications / Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of five years progressive fundraising experience
