Description
Responsible for managing the agency human resources by performing the following duties.
Tasks
- Directly supervise and manage daily department functions.
- Attend community Human Resource meetings regularly.
- Prepare reports timely for Sr. VP HR or other executives.
- Procure training funds from grants to offset training costs.
- Maintain personnel files per regulations and Agency policy.
- Keep records of insurance, pension, hires, promotions, transfers.
- Periodically review personnel info to ensure files are complete.
Qualifications / Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field, PLUS 5 years' HR experience OR 3 years' HR experience and SHRM certification. OR
- Masterās degree in business, human resources, or related field, PLUS 3 years' HR experience OR
- 2 years' HR experience and SHRM certification.
