Description

Responsible for managing the agency human resources by performing the following duties.

Tasks

  • Directly supervise and manage daily department functions.
  • Attend community Human Resource meetings regularly.
  • Prepare reports timely for Sr. VP HR or other executives.
  • Procure training funds from grants to offset training costs.
  • Maintain personnel files per regulations and Agency policy.
  • Keep records of insurance, pension, hires, promotions, transfers.
  • Periodically review personnel info to ensure files are complete.

Qualifications / Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field, PLUS 5 years' HR experience OR 3 years' HR experience and SHRM certification. OR
  • Master’s degree in business, human resources, or related field, PLUS 3 years' HR experience OR
  • 2 years' HR experience and SHRM certification.
