Description
Organizing and assisting with documentation related to the maintenance departments of Journey Health System as directed by the Director of Facilities Management. Ensures the work is carried out in a safe and professional manner by performing the following duties.
Tasks
- Assist with documentation and daily tasks of Maintenance Department.
- Ensure timely completion of surveys and inspection documentation.
- Maintain and update the work request system with valid data.
- Submit purchase requisitions and organize departmental billing.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
Qualifications / Education
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Prior experience or training required
