Nurse LPN

Responsible for management of all properties, facilities and vehicles owned or leased by the assigned affiliates. This includes comprehensive management of rental properties and oversight of maintenance functions, including direct supervision of property management staff.

• Directly supervise and manage daily department functions.
• Demonstrate confidence and assertiveness managing staff and operations aligned with mission.
• Accept and successfully complete assigned tasks and projects.
• Create and monitor clear agendas for program and operational development.
• Follow through on plans to ensure successful outcomes.

• Master's level degree in course of study related to the field of responsibility and at least 3 years' experience in the field; or,
• Bachelor's level degree in a course of study related to the field with at least 5 years of experience in that field; or,
• Equivalent history of education and work experience as established by the organization. Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Must be available to work extended hours, evenings and weekends when necessary
