Medical Technician

Keeps the facility in clean and orderly condition by performing housekeeping and maintenance types of duties as described below.

• Perform routine maintenance on a regularly scheduled program.
• Clear sidewalks and driveways of snow during winter.
• Maintain lawn care and upkeep of grounds.
• Monitor buildings and grounds for hazards; report safety concerns to management.
• Respond to emergency calls after hours and weekends as needed.
• If not responding to a call, notify director immediately with details and reasoning.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Prior experience or training required
