Marketing and Communications Intern

Doing work on projects and repairs as assigned by the Director of Maintenance. Ensures the work is carried out in a safe and professional manner by performing the following duties.

• Carrying out routine assignments on a regularly scheduled program of maintenance.
• Clearing the sidewalks and driveways of snow in winter.
• Routine repair, new construction, upkeep and maintenance of the facility buildings, grounds, vehicles, and equipment which may require carpentry, plumbing, electrical or mechanical skills.
• Lawn care and upkeep.
• Monitor buildings and grounds for potential hazards; report safety concerns promptly to management.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Prior experience or training preferred
