Description

Overseeing, directing, and doing lead work on projects and repairs as directed by the Vice President of Facility Management. Ensures the work is carried out in a safe and professional manner by performing the following duties.

Tasks

  • Direct supervision and management of daily functions of the Maintenance Department.
  • Lead work on projects and repairs as directed by VP of Facility Management.
  • Work independently in a steady and productive manner.
  • Perform routine repair, construction, upkeep, and maintenance of buildings and grounds.
  • Use carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical skills as needed.
  • Carry out routine assignments on a scheduled maintenance program.
  • Participate in on-call rotation; respond to emergency calls after hours and weekends.

Qualifications / Education

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Prior experience or training required
