Maintenance Coordinator

Responsible for providing sales, marketing, training, and education for the LOCUS and CALOCUS software programs. This position also provides additional administrative support as requested to help facilitate day-to-day operations.

• Provide international marketing and sales for LOCUS and CALOCUS software solutions.
• Deliver on-site and web-based training on LOCUS and Child/Adolescent LOCUS instruments.
• Research LOCUS use by MCOs, States, and local governments for market insights.
• Identify key contacts and stakeholders to expand LOCUS and CALOCUS reach.
• Develop and maintain a LOCUS sales mapping chart to track outreach and sales progress.
• Provide consultation services for users of LOCUS and CALOCUS instruments.
• Coordinate sales of LOCUS and CALOCUS training manuals and case vignettes.

• Master's degree in counseling
• Licensure preferred but not required
• Prior experience or training in computer software and counseling required
