Junior Accountant

Responsible for supporting the Electronic Health Record MyAvatar system. The incumbent is responsible for training of staff in use of the EHR, maintaining documentation of processes, developing organization specific protocols for use as directed, developing forms, reports, widgets etc. while managing the ERH Tech Support function and communicating changes in functionality to users. In additional this position provides general computer technician assistance.

• Lead a multi-disciplined team to deploy, manage, and support the EHR system.
• Work with clinical staff and the EHR team to develop workflows related to documentation of client care, billing, and outcomes.
• Create, test, and validate workflow scenarios in the development system prior to releasing into production.
• Develop, maintain, and use process checklists for the proper testing of EHR functionality prior to releasing upgrades.
• Customize forms and datasets as collaboratively agreed upon by the EHR committee.

• High School Diploma or equivalency is required
• Required: A minimum of two years’ experience with working with Netsmart’ s MyAvatar system
• Required: A minimum of two years’ experience with working with Crystal Reports and SQL
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred
