Description

Responsible for onboarding new clients, managing contracts and projects, as well as providing end user interface training on the Locus Online product.

Tasks

  • Assist new customers with setting up their Locus Online accounts and sub accounts.
  • Ensuring contracts are filed, organized, and sent to sales for renewal when appropriate.
  • Ensures customer account data is accurate and up to date.
  • Ensuring all customers have a valid End User Licensing agreement.
  • Provide web-based education and training on using the LOCUS Online interface.

Qualifications / Education

  • Associate's degree, HS Diploma, GED or higher
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience speaking to and training groups of people
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer support role
