Description
Responsible for onboarding new clients, managing contracts and projects, as well as providing end user interface training on the Locus Online product.
Tasks
- Assist new customers with setting up their Locus Online accounts and sub accounts.
- Ensuring contracts are filed, organized, and sent to sales for renewal when appropriate.
- Ensures customer account data is accurate and up to date.
- Ensuring all customers have a valid End User Licensing agreement.
- Provide web-based education and training on using the LOCUS Online interface.
Qualifications / Education
- Associate's degree, HS Diploma, GED or higher
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience speaking to and training groups of people
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer support role
