Responsible for managing the primary support departments of human resources, information technology, marketing, communications, institutional advancement, and facilities.

• Collaborate with leaders to achieve Journey Health System goals, mission, and objectives.
• Support clinical program goals with clear, concise verbal and written communication.
• Manage support departments to meet consumer needs, as prioritized by clinical teams.
• Work with executive staff to accomplish organizational goals, mission, and objectives.
• Optimize financial resources to support the company’s strategic initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of five years management experience
