Description
Supports all quality improvement, outcomes, and marketing activities across the affiliated entities.
Tasks
- Coordinate Performance Council meetings, including agendas, schedules, and documents.
- Maintain meeting documents in both paper and electronic formats.
- Help staff create documents, charts, and reports for Performance Improvement Council.
- Develop summary reports to support pay-for-performance initiatives across affiliates.
- Assist staff in creating presentations for Boards, licensing bodies, accreditors, and payers.
Qualifications / Education
- An associate degree or bachelorās in human services, psychology, marketing, information technology, social work, or business or clinical administration with coursework in statistics and analysis or commensurate experience that includes face-to-face contact with customers, statistical analysis, performance improvement, marketing and communications.
