Director of Nursing

Responsible for working with the CSRU Program Director and collaborating with the medical staff in the delivery of nursing care and overseeing all health concerns within the CSRU program by performing the following duties.

• Directly supervise and manage daily functions of nursing staff.
• Evaluate and schedule nursing activities each shift to ensure care, safety, and efficiency.
• Ensure nursing rounds are made hourly and staff participates in milieu.
• Document important information and data timely and professionally.
• Complete initial and ongoing nursing assessments per program regulations.
• Assist with P.T., O.T., and dietary assessments on admission and as needed.

• Graduate of Accredited Professional Nursing program and have a current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• One year of prior experience or training required
