Director of Institutional Advancement

Responsible for working with the Director of Nursing and Program Manager in the delivery of nursing care and overseeing health concerns within the residential program.

• Document important info and data in a timely, professional manner.
• Communicate necessary medical info to all employees.
• Work as a team member: be supportive, respectful, keep personal issues separate, share duties equally.
• Attend and complete all scheduled required annual training.
• Follow through on directives from supervisors or designated agency administration.

• Be a graduate of Accredited Professional Nursing Program
• Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• One year of prior experience or training preferred.
