Director of Human Resources

Responsible for working with the Treatment Team and Director of Nursing in the delivery of nursing care and overseeing all health concerns within the program.

• Evaluate nursing activities to ensure patient care and safety.
• Document important info and data timely and professionally.
• Communicate necessary medical info to all employees.
• Work as a team member: be supportive, respectful, and assist coworkers as needed.
• Attend and complete all scheduled required annual training.

• Graduate of Accredited Professional Nursing Program
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• One year of prior experience or training preferred
