Custodian

Responsible for development and oversight of a comprehensive Enterprise Risk Management program. Additionally, this position provides Executive oversight to the Deerfield Behavioral Health of Warren.

• Ensure safe, consumer-centered, quality services across all agency programs.
• Collaborate with other executives in the Journey Health System to achieve organizational goals and mission.
• Optimize financial resources to support strategic initiatives.
• Establish and monitor business and clinical metrics, ensuring departments meet benchmarks.
• Lead and supervise management staff through weekly meetings, goal-setting, performance monitoring, and professional development.
• Provide leadership and guidance on clinical, business, operational policies, and client relationship management.
• Foster a success-oriented, accountable culture aligned with the agency’s mission.

• Master's in a nursing, clinical service, or management program or comparable degree plus experience in compliance and quality standards. Previous experience in Enterprise Risk Management and Compliance preferred.
