Description
Prepares payroll, completes payroll reporting and assists in other business related duties including but not limited to, billing and employee benefits by performing the following duties.
Tasks
- Compile payroll data: hours, taxes, insurance, deductions, and employee ID from timesheets.
- Review computed wages; correct errors to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Record changes affecting net wages: exemptions, insurance, deductions for each employee.
- Update master payroll records accordingly.
- Record employee transfers between departments.
- Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, and deductions.
- Ensure payroll records are accurate and up to date.
Qualifications / Education
- High School Diploma/GED
