Description

Prepares payroll, completes payroll reporting and assists in other business related duties including but not limited to, billing and employee benefits by performing the following duties.

Tasks

  • Compile payroll data: hours, taxes, insurance, deductions, and employee ID from timesheets.
  • Review computed wages; correct errors to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Record changes affecting net wages: exemptions, insurance, deductions for each employee.
  • Update master payroll records accordingly.
  • Record employee transfers between departments.
  • Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, and deductions.
  • Ensure payroll records are accurate and up to date.

Qualifications / Education

  • High School Diploma/GED
