Description
Prepares and cooks family style meals for residents and staff following all government regulations.
Tasks
- Report to work promptly and on time.
- Schedule, attend, and complete all annual agency trainings.
- Prepare and cook food according to menu and number of persons served.
- Handle special menu requests as needed.
- Standardize recipes and control portions to prevent waste.
- Assure high-quality food products consistently.
- Maintain kitchen standards in compliance with agency policies.
Qualifications / Education
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. No prior experience or training required.
