Description
Performs accounts payable and other accounting functions.
Tasks
- Reconcile and balance accounts accurately and timely.
- Compile reports showing statistics relevant to business operations.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and issue accounts payable checks.
- Manage accounts payable from payroll deductions (insurance, benefits, credit union).
- Allocate funds monthly to units/group homes for recreation, food, treatment, etc.
Qualifications / Education
- High school diploma/GED with three years of experience or
- Associate's degree with one year of experience
