Description

Performs accounts payable and other accounting functions.

Tasks

  • Reconcile and balance accounts accurately and timely.
  • Compile reports showing statistics relevant to business operations.
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and issue accounts payable checks.
  • Manage accounts payable from payroll deductions (insurance, benefits, credit union).
  • Allocate funds monthly to units/group homes for recreation, food, treatment, etc.

Qualifications / Education

  • High school diploma/GED with three years of experience or
  • Associate's degree with one year of experience
