Description

Oversees the operations of the Fiscal departments. Plans and directs the accounting operations of the affiliates.

Tasks

  • Directly supervise and manage daily functions of the department.
  • Recommend benchmarks to measure organizational performance.
  • Oversee production of financial reports ensuring GAAP compliance.
  • Maintain documented accounting policies and controls to minimize risk.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare balance sheets, P&L, and summary reports.

Qualifications / Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an accounting related field and five years of prior experience or training required
  • Master's’ Degree, prior experience working in a non-profit setting, and CPA or CMA preferred
