Description
Oversees the operations of the Fiscal departments. Plans and directs the accounting operations of the affiliates.
Tasks
- Directly supervise and manage daily functions of the department.
- Recommend benchmarks to measure organizational performance.
- Oversee production of financial reports ensuring GAAP compliance.
- Maintain documented accounting policies and controls to minimize risk.
- Analyze financial data and prepare balance sheets, P&L, and summary reports.
Qualifications / Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in an accounting related field and five years of prior experience or training required
- Master's’ Degree, prior experience working in a non-profit setting, and CPA or CMA preferred
