Description

Responsible for providing strategic leadership for the agency and affiliates by working with the Board of Directors and other management to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies.

Tasks

  • Ensure all agency programs comply with the Agency Compliance Plan.
  • Guarantee agency meets all Regulatory Standards.
  • Develop proposals, projects, and handle related administrative duties.
  • Act as CEO under Board direction, representing agency in legal/admin matters.
  • Plan, direct, organize, and evaluate agency functions and performance.

Qualifications / Education

  • Bachelor’s degree and 15 years of executive leadership experience or
  • Master’s degree and 10 years of executive leadership experience
