Description
Responsible for providing strategic leadership for the agency and affiliates by working with the Board of Directors and other management to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies.
Tasks
- Ensure all agency programs comply with the Agency Compliance Plan.
- Guarantee agency meets all Regulatory Standards.
- Develop proposals, projects, and handle related administrative duties.
- Act as CEO under Board direction, representing agency in legal/admin matters.
- Plan, direct, organize, and evaluate agency functions and performance.
Qualifications / Education
- Bachelor’s degree and 15 years of executive leadership experience or
- Master’s degree and 10 years of executive leadership experience
