Recycling Sector Sector Manager

Oversees the day-to-day operations of one or more business divisions. Creates and manages business plans, marketing strategies, strategic growth, and development. Supervisor’s personnel, inside and outside sales, work with purchasing, outside vendors and production to win and manage new and repetitive opportunities. Ensures quotes are provided in a timely and accurate fashion.

• Ensure FAMCO provides world-class customer support to both internal and external clients.
• Partner with managers to develop training programs, update policies, and oversee improvements.
• Develop growth strategies by outlining budgets, marketing ideas, and new product plans.
• Manage KPIs to ensure objectives are met and trends are identified.
• Foster a culture of growth and development for all employees at every level.

• Associate degree (two year college or technical school) or work equivalent, Field of Study: Engineering or related field
• 5 plus years of experience in machine shop and fabrication or a minimum 2 years in project management in a manufacturing
• environment
