Description
Performs routine clerical, secretarial and administrative work in answering telephones, receiving the public, providing customer assistance, data processing, and record-keeping.
Tasks
- Answer central telephone system and direct calls to the appropriate parties.
- Respond to public inquiries in person/phone and refer to the appropriate person/department.
- Operate office machines as needed for various tasks.
- Prepare outgoing mail and sort/distribute incoming mail.
- Duplicate and distribute materials as required.
Qualifications / Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years experience in an office setting
