Residential Worker - Van Driver/Maintenance Worker

Provides transportation for drug and alcohol clients to and from our inpatient facility, as well as to appointments during their inpatient stay. Provides maintenance/custodial/grounds keeping duties to maintain and ensure the successful operation of the inpatient facility. Provide residential services to clients who are residing within Maple Manor.

• Adhere to program rules, regulations, and safety protocols to effectively respond to emergencies.
• Operate a light motor vehicle, such as a passenger car or van, to transport program clients.
• Assist clients in entering/exiting vehicles as necessary to ensure their safety.
• Perform normal vehicle maintenance and safety checks, including tire pressure and cleanliness.
• Coordinate, work with, and monitor community service workers under the direction of the Inpatient Supervisor.

• One year of employment which required operation of a motor vehicle as a regular duty; or any equivalent combination of experience and training. Possession of a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license. No suspension of driver’s license within the last three years.
