Residential Worker

Provide residential services to clients who are residing within Maple Manor. Ensure the safety of the clients, staff, and visitors. Model acceptable and responsible behaviors for the clients we serve.

• Know and enforce Maple Manor handbook, providing guidance and consequences when clients break rules.
• Understand the program's safety precautions and respond to emergency situations appropriately.
• Attend and transport clients to AA/NA meetings, medical appointments, and educational conferences.
• Answer the telephone, take messages, and provide program information as needed.
• Attend assigned shifts to provide coverage for the 24-hour inpatient facility.

• No previous experience and training required.
