D&A Recovery Support Supervisor

Description
Provide support for adults struggling with substance abuse or co-occurring disorders who are in need of outreach, mentoring, and peer support at all stages of recovery to assist individuals before, during and after treatment. Oversees and directs the Recovery Support department staff. Conducts intake interviews in the Port Allegany and Emporium offices, utilizing appropriate assessment practices to obtain necessary information from clients, families, and/or involved collaterals for the identification of service needs for drug and alcohol related problems.
Tasks
- Supervise all recovery support staff in DDAP and grant-funded programs under ADAS; manage hiring/training.
- Approve and assign vacation, compensatory time, and requests to work compensatory time.
- Monitor and review client charts for compliance; ensure service coordination through weekly supervision.
- Ensure all programs run effectively and efficiently; act as floater to cover service gaps
