D&A Case Management Supervisor

Description
To address all ancillary needs of individuals participating in treatment including MAT coordination and medication monitoring. Oversees and directs the case management department staff.
Tasks
- Supervise all case management staff in DDAP and grant-funded programs at ADAS; manage hiring/training.
- Approve vacation, compensatory time requests, and manage requests to work compensatory time.
- Monitor and review client charts for compliance; ensure service coordination through monthly supervision.
- Ensure all programs run effectively; serve as a floater to cover gaps in services as needed.
- Ensure case management staff receives appropriate training, meets hour requirements, and records training.
Qualifications / Education
- Two years as a Drug and Alcohol Case Management Specialist; Or A Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Dependency, Sociology, Social Welfare, Psychology, Nursing or a related field; and three years direct service experience performing counseling or case management work in alcohol or other drug treatment setting; Or A bachelor’s degree which includes or is supplemented by successful completion of 18 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, criminal justice or other related social sciences; and three years direct service experience performing counseling or case management work in alcohol or other drug treatment setting; Or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
