Description
Performs a variety of complex clerical work and office support for all staff at the Port Allegany location to ensure its operations are conducted efficiently and effectively. Performs a variety of administrative human resource work efficiently and effectively to support all employees of the agency.
Tasks
- Type correspondence, reports, and other documents; ensure accuracy and compliance with agency rules.
- Perform receptionist duties: transfer calls, take accurate messages, greet clients, and schedule.
- Maintain adequate supply of forms and supplies essential for office and HR operations.
- Prepare monthly activation/discharge reports and client surveys to track program effectiveness.
- Provide clerical coverage at other locations as needed for smooth office operations.
Qualifications / Education
- Six months as a Clerk/Typist II and educational development to the level of eighth grade; or completion of a high school business curriculum; or any equivalent experience and training which provided the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
