Description
Performs a variety of complex clerical work and office support for all staff at the Bradford location to ensure its operations are conducted efficiently and effectively.
Tasks
- Type correspondence, reports, contracts, and other documents; ensure accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
- Perform receptionist duties: transfer calls, take messages, greet clients, schedule, and record payments.
- Maintain office supplies and forms essential to daily operations; ensure availability.
- Prepare monthly activation/discharge reports and client surveys for office operations.
- Provide on-the-job training for new clerical hires to ensure smooth integration into the team.
Qualifications / Education
- Six months as a Clerk/Typist I and educational development to the level of eighth grade; or completion of a high school business curriculum; or any equivalent experience and training which provided the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
