Description

The Operations Manager shall be responsible for the day to day operations of the Agency to which they are assigned including responsibility for all Agency programs and staff. In addition they maintain responsibility for working directly with and under the Executive Director and the Board of Directors of Agency implementing the Strategic plan.

Tasks

  • Ensure intake paperwork is complete, signed, and filed accurately and on time.
  • Prepare initial social skills assessments and service plans, updating them at least annually.
  • Secure appropriate day placements for individuals based on their needs and goals.
  • Develop and coordinate discharge plans and review them with individuals every quarter.
  • Provide and coordinate follow-up services for individuals after discharge.
  • Maintain clear and timely documentation for all services provided or coordinated.
  • Communicate with team members to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Qualifications / Education

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or university is required.
  • Two (2) years work experience working directly with persons with disabilities is required.
