Tallyer

The Lumber Tallyer assists with creating bundles of lumber and utilizes a software application to count and measure the contents of each bundle.

• Comply with safety standards at all times and correct/report any observed safety hazards.
• Pile lumber, band up packs, and push/pull carts.
• Operate small forklift for moving packs from the line to the tally station.
• Tally lumber.
• Upload tallies from tagging software application to the inventory management system.
• Assist the Lucidyne grading line for maximum efficiency.
• Perform startup and shutdown equipment inspections. Perform weekly PM inspections.
• Clean and maintain working area and equipment.
• Report manufacturing defects to the supervisor.
• Train new operators.
• Perform additional duties as required by supervisor.
• On-site attendance is essential to effectively perform the listed duties and responsibilities.

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• Must have basic computer skills to send data to the inventory software.
• Ability to follow all company, state and federal safety rules when performing required job duties.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal history check and a pre-employment drug screening.
