Vocational Coordinator

Responsible for management and oversight of the Fairweather Lodge (FWL) program and operation of WellSpring Home & Garden company.

• Document important information and data promptly, clearly, and professionally.
• Supervise and manage program employees to ensure effective operations and performance.
• Enforce fidelity standards and principles that govern Forest-Warren Links (FWL).
• Oversee and facilitate client intake processes and related documentation.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to support consumer needs.
• Monitor staff compliance with policies, procedures, and service delivery goals.
• Provide leadership and support to maintain quality and consistency within the program.

• High School diploma or GED. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in related field. Experience in retail industry/management required.
